Shipping policy

EcomChief.com sells digital products and services (ready-made online businesses such as Shopify stores, Amazon affiliate sites, and digital agencies). No physical products are shipped.

1) Delivery Method

All orders are delivered digitally via:

  • Email delivery of handover details and instructions, and/or

  • Shopify collaborator access + store ownership transfer, and/or

  • Access credentials, files, and assets required for the business handover.

2) Delivery Timeframe

Typical delivery time is 24–72 hours after purchase (unless stated otherwise on the product page).
Delivery may take longer if we are waiting on required details from the customer (see below).

3) What We Need From You (To Deliver)

To complete delivery/transfer, the customer may be required to provide:

  • Shopify store URL (or accept collaborator access request)

  • Shopify transfer email / account details

  • Domain access (if domain transfer is included)

  • Any requested branding details (logo, brand name confirmation, etc.)

Delays in providing the above details will delay delivery.

4) Proof of Delivery

Proof of delivery may include:

  • Email confirmation of handover completion

  • Shopify collaborator invite acceptance

  • Store access granted / store transfer completed

  • Screenshots of completed store setup (products, collections, pages, etc.)

  • Once the digital asset/business has been delivered and access is provided, the order is considered fulfilled.

5) No Shipping Fees

Because this is digital delivery, there are no shipping fees and no shipping carriers.
