Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, EcomChief will cover the return shipping cost.
🔄 Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
